Kathleen Berryman is the Director of Business Operations at Reboot Rx, where she oversees cross-functional initiatives that strengthen internal systems and organizational effectiveness. She brings more than 10 years of experience in business operations and organizational process improvement. Since joining Reboot Rx, she has focused on streamlining workflows and improving coordination across teams to support the organization’s mission.
Prior to Reboot Rx, Kathleen led major initiatives at Cabells, including the development of a journal evaluation tool to identify deceptive publishing practices. The tool supported a successful product launch and contributed to significant revenue growth. She has also shared her expertise at industry conferences and in scholarly publications.
Kathleen holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lamar University. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Medical Case Manager supporting individuals living with HIV and AIDS, an experience that continues to inform her commitment to equitable access and operational excellence in healthcare.
