Phoebe Lee, PhD, MBA

Phoebe Lee is the Director of Pipeline Strategy at Reboot Rx, where she leads the evaluation and advancement of evidence-based repurposed therapies for cancer. She brings more than 13 years of experience spanning biomedical research, strategic planning, and business development in oncology and rare diseases. Since joining Reboot Rx, she has guided drug prioritization and collaborated closely with clinical and data science teams to translate scientific evidence into meaningful clinical impact.

Phoebe works with internal and external partners to advance high-potential therapeutic opportunities and is known for bridging scientific rigor with thoughtful strategy. Her work reflects a commitment to ensuring promising research moves efficiently toward real-world implementation.

Prior to Reboot Rx, Phoebe served as Director of Business Development at Fortress Biotech and as an Engagement Manager at Prescient Healthcare Group, where she supported global pharmaceutical strategy. She holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology from Duke University, an MBA from Villanova University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Cancer Institute.
