Chief Operating Officer
Sara Church is the Chief Operating Officer at Reboot Rx, where she leads organizational operations and strategy to help accelerate patient-focused cancer treatment solutions. She brings more than 20 years of experience advancing therapies across oncology, autoimmune diseases, and neuroscience. Since joining Reboot Rx, she has strengthened execution and scaled the organization’s impact through her expertise in commercialization and organizational leadership.
Sara partners closely with leadership to align strategy with day-to-day operations, ensuring teams have the structure and support needed to move quickly and effectively. She brings deep expertise in commercialization, organizational design, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on making innovative treatments more accessible.
Prior to Reboot Rx, Sara served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Commercialization at Sana Biotechnology, supporting the development of cell and gene therapies. She has also held senior roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Doctor On Demand, Amgen, and Eli Lilly.
Sara holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.
